The information you provide in this Expression of Interest Form will be used in the initial stage of assessment as to whether to award funding for your project according to the criteria set out in the enclosed Guidelines & Notes for Expression of Interest Form.

Please note that your project must focus on the improvement of health and well-being for the people of Swale and fall into one of the following three categories:

  • Healthy People
  • Healthy Environment
  • Healthy Social Economy
