Demolition
On 5 November 2007 demolition work began on Clarkson House, the 1970s office block building which formerly occupied the Augustine House site.
The demolition was launched at an event attended by The Lord Mayor of Canterbury, along with members of the University Governing Body and the project and design team.
The demolition was carried out by contractors JF Hunt and took 13 weeks to complete.
