I work within the Institute of Medical Sciences supporting all aspects of Practice Learning , with a keen interest in Educational Supervision and support, with a focus to improve students' and trainees' experiences of practice learning environments.
My previous roles include Senior Lecturer for Adult Nursing, Nursing Academy Lead and Associate Educational Lead within varied sectors including other Higher Educational Institutes, NHS Workforce and Development and Health Education England and NHS England. Although a registered nurse, I have worked across and supported other health professions and have an interest in interprofessional education.
With a MA in Professional Education and Senior Fellowship, I am currently training to be a Professional Coach.
