The BA (Hons) Business Studies programme has been developed to meet the needs of entry level managers in the running of their organisations and facilitate their progression to higher level roles within the corporation. The programme seeks to provide an academic experience with strong emphasis on essential business knowledge, skills and capabilities that will help in the effective and proactive management and leadership of organisations. Managers need to be aware of organisational challenges and critical business issues and to be able to analyse business situation and develop effective solutions using a range of essential knowledge and skills which can be gained from the programme. These include problem solving, building and leading innovative teams and effectively using technology and high-level communications skills.
