Dean created the front cover of Stephen King novel, La Tour Sombre I Le Pistolero

Since graduating, Dean set up Thirteen Media Ltd to create macabre images for publishers and organisations, including producing the artwork for Dreamland Amusement Park’s Screamland transformation last Hallowe’en. Thirteen Media Ltd has been chosen as a finalist in the Visual Arts category of the Awards.

Dean said: “I am thrilled to be a finalist for the Kent Creative Awards. This is a great step toward promoting my creative practice regionally. My debut contemporary show titled Hive Mind is late 2016, so this acts as timely encouragement to achieve those goals.”

The Kent Creative Awards take place on 18th May at the Alexandra Centre in Faversham. To read more about Dean’s work with Dreamland, visit the Media Centre on the University website.
