The i-zone is the student information service at Canterbury Christ Church University. If you have any questions about the University, your studies, or anything else, the i-zone is here to help, whether by email, telephone, or in person at helpdesks across the University campuses.
Where is the i-zone?
You can find the i-zone in four main locations across our campuses:

What does the i-zone do?
The i-zone is designed to resolve any enquiries you may have relating to a number of departments and services. They resolve 80% of student enquiries at first point of contact. Some queries can only be answered by a specialist, in these cases the i-zone will escalate your query to the relevant team who will work directly with you to find a resolution.
