Troubleshooting
Unable to make a request? This may be because:
- the charges on your record (which will include charges for Inter Library Loan requests) have reached £10. You will need to reduce this by paying at the issue desk.
- your library ticket has been stopped because of overdue loans. You need to return these to the issue desk and pay any resulting fines.
- you have reached your limit of inter-library loan requests (see the Requesting information page for details).
