Visiting Augustine House
Our state of the art Augustine House Library and Student Services centre opened in September 2009. Located about 10 minutes walk from North Holmes Road, Augustine House is easily accessible by bus or train. Although there is no parking at Augustine House there are several public car parks nearby.
Visitors are welcome to use the collections in Augustine House for reference. Please go to the reception desk just inside the entrance to obtain a visitors' pass and to sign the visitors' book . An interactive map of the Augustine House is available showing the locations of Library stock.
There are no photocopying or printing facilities for visitors and, due to licensing restrictions, we are not able to offer access to online resources.
If you would like to be able to borrow books you can apply to become an external borrower.
Visitors, external borrowers and students and staff who are accessing the Library under access schemes, such as SCONUL, are not able to access the Library during extended opening hours - see opening hours for details.
Visits for school groups can normally be arranged between mid October and Easter, and in July and August. Please complete this request form and return at least two weeks in advance of a proposed visit to make arrangements.
