Recommended general websites for teaching

There are many websites which can help you with teaching ideas, lesson plans and worksheets, or that provide interactive activities to use in the classroom. Be careful to evaluate any website that you find as many are commercial sites promoting a company's own products for sale rather than evaluated resources: always check who has produced the website.
