Work with us
Working with Learning and Teaching Enhancement at Christ Church
We invite you to work with us in a variety of ways, to work towards our vision:
The development of a vibrant learning community of staff and students, in which outstanding learning, teaching and assessment practice plays a key role in providing a high quality student experience and excellent education, underpinned by and contributing to research and knowledge exchange and shaping the physical, social and spiritual environment of the University.
Ways to work with us
We are comprised of a number of teams working in different ways, all with this common goal and working together to achieve it. For example:
If you are an academic looking to improve your students’ academic writing skills, we invite you to contact our Academic Learning Development team, to plan sessions or refer students to them.
If you’re an academic looking to develop an employability module for your course, please get in touch with us to see how our career development colleagues can support you.
If you would like to expand your use of technology in your classroom through innovative systems to further enhance your students’ learning, please contact your Faculty Learning Technologist to discuss further.
If you would like to further develop yourself and your staff for the benefit of your students’ learning, through some professional development, please speak to your Faculty Director of Learning and Teaching in the first instance, who can discuss requirements with the Academic Professional Development team and support you in this aim.
These are but a few examples of how you can work with Learning and Teaching Enhancement staff, and we welcome close collaboration with all CCCU colleagues to further enhance our collective agendas.
