Study whilst earning a salary
We are offering registered nurses and midwives who want to work in the community and become health visitors the opportunity to study for a degree, graduate diploma or postgraduate diploma whilst earning a salary.
Students are sponsored on a midpoint Band 5 salary throughout their studies.
Tuition fees are paid by the NHS
Support in the workplace and at university
At university you will get plenty of support from our experienced and welcoming staff who have helped over 1000 nurses and midwives to qualify as health visitors or school nurses.
A personal link tutor will support you with academic study and visit you regularly. A practice teacher or mentor who is either a health visitor or school nurse will work with you during your placement so you will get expert guidance right through your training.
