Foundation Degree - Community Practice Pathway
This pathway aims to provide health care assistants in the community with the required skills to work as an Associate Practitioner (Band 4), equipping them with the transferable skills needed to meet the demands of an ever changing health
service. The pathway aims to identify the importance of care in the community that is accessible, high quality and delivered by skilled practitioners. To provide flexibility, participants may choose to do one generic module (negotiated learning) at each level.
