Contexts of Participation
The Contexts of Participation interactive critical thinking tool was developed in Canterbury Christ Church University with the support of a Higher Education Academy (Health Sciences and Practices) mini-project grant. The original idea was conceived by Rayya Ghul and Dr. Ian Marsh and the software developed by Ben Cornwell of Client Services.
Contexts of Participation helps users think critically about the barriers and enablers to participation through analysis of stories or through asking questions. The tool is part of a larger interactive resource which contains an expanded glossary, learning materials about participation and critical thinking, embedded media and interactive workbooks.
We are currently seeking potential partners who may be interested in being part of a larger project bid to evaluate the use of the interactive tool in a variety of higher education learning contexts. For further information on the resource or to express interest in participating in the project please contact Rayya Ghul|.
