BSc Honours Occupational Therapy Degree

If you are a “people person”, like variety and working collaboratively with people to achieve their goals, at the same time working closely with a range of other health and social care professionals and agencies then Occupational Therapy may be the career for you.

We offer a traditional three year degree programme which will support you to develop academic, communication and team working skills. You will gain knowledge and understanding of occupational therapy theory related to how people carry out their daily occupations and how these can be used therapeutically. At the same time you will be given the opportunity to apply this learning in practice through periods of supervised and assessed placements in a range of services.

You can choose to start your studies either in Canterbury in September or at our Medway campus in April. Wherever you choose to study you will be supported by a personal tutor and have the opportunity in some modules to learn with students from other professional courses.

Our programme is approved by the Health Professions Council and accredited by the College of Occupational Therapists and the World Federation of Occupational Therapy which means it is recognised worldwide.
