I recently joined CCCU as a senior lecturer in the Radiography team. My background is in Nuclear Medicine and Osteoporosis with a particular interest in Radiopharmacy.
My first degree was in Pharmacy, I then studied and worked in Medical Physics and Nuclear Medicine for many years. Out of interest I completed a Diploma in Natural Sciences with Physics as an Open University student and more recently I have completed an MSc in Medical imaging and was awarded a PhD which has made me passionate about the education of Health Care Professionals.
I am a member of Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine and am an external moderator for Nuclear Medicine trainees.
My private interests include astronomy, black & white photography and martial arts.
