The centre is hosted by Canterbury Christ Church University and is part of a international networks of practice developers who are members of the International Practice Development Collaborative (IPDC).

We are committed to the innovation of services and practices at the point of care to ensure that they are person-centred, safer and more effective. Our work focuses on developing individuals, teams and organisations to lead the transformation of workplace culture and practices. We achieve this by:

• International research, evaluation and scholarship
• Leadership and facilitation development programmes
• Bespoke work based learning programmes developed in partnership with organisations accreditation for workplace practice development activities
• International Practice Development Schools, Masterclasses
  and other events
