The International Practice Development Journal is an online journal with a vision, over the next five years, of becoming the first choice publication for academics and practitioners working in the practice development field internationally. Our commitment is to publish and make freely accessible, scholarly inquiry into practice development and related fields and to expand the international community of practitioners, educators and academics working in the area of practice development. See http://www.fons.org/library/about-ipdj.aspx
The academic editor is inviting submissions on practice development and action research related initiatives from the Enhancing Practice Conference in Sydney October 2012 and the CARN/IPDC Conference November 2012 in England for a forthcoming SPECIAL issue in the summer of 2013. We also want to enable novice presenters at both conferences to publish their practice development work in a scholarly way. To help achieve this, we will be offering some coaching support for novice writers.
