Health Visiting and School Nursing

At Canterbury Christ Church University, we have extensive experience of working closely with our local NHS community trusts to enable nurses and midwives to become health visitors or school nurses, registered on Part 3 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council Register.  We are proud to have UNICEF Baby Friendly accreditation.

A national working group is currently developing an Apprenticeship Standard for SCPHN at postgraduate level. We hope to be offering a new course from September 2020. For the latest information, please contact Canterbury-healthadmin@canterbury.ac.uk
