Need to relax, have a moment of calm and peace in the midst of the working day? Come for half an hour of meditation in your lunch hour.

We are all human and a work-in-progress. If you are feeling  stressed, tired or perhaps in need of inspiration, come and find some stillness in your day and hopefully a little bit of balance at this short, drop-in meditation session run by Deborah Kendall who has been meditating to (try to) make her life more meaningful for about ten years.


12.15 - 12.45pm on the first and third Mondays of every month
