The Staff Development team wish to create an environment where 'good' staff development can happen and be nurtured.
Recognising the needs of the individual whilst acknowledging the strategic context, we seek to successfully straddle two organisational paradigms – capturing and valuing the 'messy and rich' as well as working within the 'tidy and operational'.
We aim to help reinforce the connections between individuals, colleagues and managers through meaningful conversation where everyone learns.
