Secondary Sport - Leading Edge
Whitefield Secondary School in north London is a sports college. It has a diverse intake of students, speaking around 70 different languages. The school sees the encouragement of leadership, self-criticism and constructive criticism of others in all areas of sport as the key to improving academic standards. These skills and attitudes have been successfully transferred to other areas of learning.

The Teaching Challenge - Ade Adepitan
This programme focuses on Olympic champion Ade Adeptian MBE as he teaches 12-year-olds the fundamental art of wheelchair basketball. It's a great moment for one pupil, Cameron, who has previously found that as a wheelchair user he was sometimes ignored by his fellow pupils on the sports field.
