Professional Skills standards consider the optimum learning arrangements that a teacher could provide. Teachers should create a purposeful working environment that encourages an impact on all learners. This involves the use of different techniques and strategies for teaching, sustaining and consolidating learning, foreword planning for progression and development, and assessing and monitoring. Flexibility and adaptability of teaching styles within the classroom may be necessary to achieve this.
Students should be encouraged to reflect on their own attainment and receive accurate and constructive assistance and support, in order to reach their potential. Teachers are also expected to work effectively with colleagues and to be part of a team
