Teach First recruit, train and support high calibre graduates who will make a real impact on educational disadvantage through their exceptional and inspirational teaching. The Teach First Leadership Development Programme lasts for two years, with training providers, such as Canterbury Christ Church University, delivering the Initial Teacher Training (leading to PGCE and QTS) for the first year.
