Dr Robin Precey is Director of Leadership and Management His research interests are change and the links between policy initiation, implementation and impact, and the development of professional communities for improving leadership learning.
He has 32 years experience working in large secondary schools in a range of leadership and management positions including 14 years as a Headteacher. He is also a National College for School Leadership consultant Leader, "New Visions" programme for early headship lead facilitator, a national consultant lead facilitator and trained coach and mentor. His international work and interests include Norway, Ireland and China.
