Our educational research builds on the national excellence of our teacher training and has a very strong ‘applied’ focus which ensures its impact upon policy and practice.
The Faculty involves all staff in research and has established a number of projects of national and international significance. Influential work has been carried out and published particularly in Early Years, Citizenship Education, Inclusive Education, Sport and Physical Education, School Exclusions, Gifted and Talented and Lifelong Learning.
