Primary Teaching
Do you love working with young children and want the challenge of nurturing and developing their learning across a wide range of subjects and activities? Do you relish the challenge of being a key adult role model in the lives of children at this young age?
Then come and study for a primary PGCE.
A PGCE in primary education enables you to:
- Learn to teach across all the subjects and areas of the primary National Curriculum and the Foundation Stage;
- Develop a wide range of strategies for supporting young children’s learning and working with others to maximise their potential;
- Develop an imaginative approach to teaching that brings out the creative potential of you and your pupils;
- Understand the wider importance of education in society and the key role that education 3-11 plays within this.
