Health Clearance
All offers are subject to health clearance.
You cannot commence the programme or gain any financial support
without health clearance.
Queries regarding the health questionnaire should be directed to the
Student Health Service.
All candidates must complete the University's Occupational Health
Questionnaire, and have their GP Practice sign and stamp the relevant
section.
The Occupational Health Questionnaire MUST ONLY be returned to the
University in accordance with the instructions given on the questionnaire.
