We have classes throughout the morning, afternoon and evening that will suit beginners, regular gym goers and ultimate warriors.
A weights class for absolutely everyone. Using light to moderate weights, with lots of repetition, it gives you a total body workout that burns lots of calories.
A combination of cardio, resistant machines, free weights and body weight exercises to help you on your fitness journey.
Spinning is an indoor group cycling class burning calories as you listen to motivational music. From early morning to lunchtime blasts, to funky and/or power spin. All abilities welcome.
Relax, stretch and unwind. Roll away your lumps & bumps or try a PNF stretch. Lengthen, strengthen & roll. We’ll use bodyweight, foam rollers & resistance bands.
Helps ease stiffness & lower back pain with low impact relaxing stretches and breathing. Strengthening & lengthening muscles using resistance bands & body weight exercises.
Yoga will help you strengthen and lengthen your muscles, regain flexibility whilst restoring your mind set to calmer times of balance and peace.
A Latin inspired dance fitness class with elements from Hip-Hop, Salsa, Reggaeton, Merengue and more. Ditch the workout and join the PARTY!
A combination of Bum’s, Leg’s & Tum with a Boxing, Boot camp feel. Squats, Pad work & tyre swings to challenge yourself!
Anytime Spin is available on the hour every hour (unless a scheduled class is running). You will follow direction from a virtual instructor using our new SPIVVY system. These can be challenging workouts and we advise that they are not suitable for beginners.
Powerhoop is a fun and effective workout, helping to trim your waist and strengthen your core.
Pump and tone is a whole body workout, consisting of lifting light weights to tone and shape your body.
