Whether you are new to fitness, returning after a break or looking to reach new goals, a programme can be created to meet your needs.
You will receive an initial consultation to outline your aims and objectives. This will include:
- Health MOT and consultation.
- Set short, medium and long term goals, with motivation and guidance throughout.
- Regular program assessments.
- Educational update in the latest training methods.
- Train with a qualified Personal Trainer.
When booking multiple sessions with a Personal Trainer, a progressive and realistic programme will be written specifically to help you achieve your targets. This programme will be continually assessed and evaluated throughout your training.
Personal Training Sessions
The 1:1 training sessions will guide you through a programme and ensure you use good technique when performing each exercise.
Your Personal Trainer will also help motivate you within each session.
All clients will be shown how to warm up and cool down so that this does not take up your valuable training time with us.
