Unitemps staff information
University staff - give your students work experience alongside their studies and recruit some extra help for your workforce - use Unitemps.
Since February 2015, a new recruitment service, Unitemps, now provides a one-stop-shop for all University departments hiring temporary staff. The new Unitemps service is in Augustine House and has replaced the TempShop and the use of external recruitment agencies.
Unitemps provides the University with a simple and cost-effective method of recruiting temporary staff. Most importantly, it helps our students find paid part-time work, which will enhance their employability.
If you have temporary agency staff working with you, in most cases their current contract will continue unchanged until the role reaches a natural end, however all new requests for temporary staff should be directed to Unitemps .
