Research: Strategy Management

What are the drivers of organisational performance outcomes? How and why do these shift over time? How can research provide theoretically sound and practically actionable insight to these issues? These are the fundamental questions that propel our research work in strategic management.

Our research includes themes on strategic risk, inter-organisational network evolution, long-term performance outcomes, the strategy of mergers and acquisitions, and novel approaches to theory-building. Several of our researchers have held senior positions in strategy consulting firms or in corporate strategy development.

We welcome applications for PhDs in the areas of strategic management, particularly from individuals with commitment to publish in top rated journals.
