Biography
BA (Hons), PGCE, MA, DipM, MCMI, MCIM, BF, ILTM
Jake has a background in the retail and service industries having worked previously for two major retailers, a major ferry operator, a leading insurance company and also at Gatwick Airport.
As an expert on the retail industry, Jake has been interviewed for Kent TV, Film Club and for local and national newspapers. He also hosted workshops at the national Retail Forum 2006.
Teaching and Academic Interests
Jake lectures in the related areas of retail marketing and service management (includes research interests).
Jake's research interests include product placement in films and the retail industry.
