Using the Outdoors

Why use the outdoors as a learning environment?

Our outdoor facilities and programmes provide stimulating and inclusive opportunities for learning. Carefully constructed exercises enable individuals and groups to explore and develop a range of personal, team, management and leadership issues and skills with the support of an experienced facilitator.

The outdoors is not about proving physical prowess nor is it simply about having fun. Our activities cover a wide range of group problem-solving exercises. Every outdoor activity is reviewed and direct links are made to workplace situations so that learning can be applied in a practical way.
