Sally Cray

Sally has extensive experience working with clients in many parts of the public and voluntary sector including the NHS, voluntary organisations and local government. Her focus is on organisational and leadership development. Supporting and facilitating the effective management of change is at the core of most of the work she is involved in.

She has a reputation for designing and delivering bespoke interventions that are grounded in, and relevant to, the particular organisation and individuals she is working with, and is driven by a desire to make a real difference using a strength based approach. She particularly enjoys:  facilitating groups working on live issues; leadership development; team building; coaching and facilitating action learning sets. She also has a particular interest and expertise in developing influencing and political skills.

Sally has an Msc in Organisational behaviour from Birkbeck college and is an accredited coach through the Institute of Leadership and Management. She is trained to use level A & B psychometric tests and accredited through the British Psychological society.

  • Working with front line clinical leaders in a Mental Health Trust focussed on the redesign of the service
  • Leading the current cohort of Aspiring Directors on a year long fast track development programme for the local SHA
  • Team development initiatives for a GP practice, a shared services agency and a directorate team

  • Facilitating learning sets for Public Health directors, Public Health trainers, defined specialists and advanced practitioners across Kent, Surrey and Sussex
  • Working with new head teachers and their leadership teams helping them develop their strategy and an effective way of leading their schools
  • Co facilitating a service improvement programme for change champions within an NHS and Social care Trust
