Anabel has over 20 years experience in personal and organisational development gained within private and not for profit organisations including several posts in different organisations as Head of Learning and Development and OD. Her focused and pragmatic style using a broad range of tools and techniques including NLP has helped her and the organisations she works with to achieve long lasting success quickly. Getting managers and executives clear on their strategy, linking actions to business goals and getting results is her forte.

Anabel has delivered a large range of organisational projects including large management development programmes, succession planning and talent management schemes, and Investors in People.  As an experienced management coach Anabel has set up 360 degree feedback processes for clients, provided 1-1 coaching, and learning set facilitation. She has a particular interest in self-managed learning, which she has discovered to be a fantastic model for developing adult learners.

Anabel has a first degree in Economics and Psychology, a post-graduate qualification in organisational development and an MA in Change Management. She is also a qualified user of psychometric tests at Level A and B including MBTI and 16PF5.
