A. Vivaldi, Gloria, RV589, W.A. Mozart, Flute Concerto in G major, K.313 (extract), J.S Bach, Violin Concerto in A minor (extract). An end-of-year celebration featuring the University’s flagship, professionally-directed ensembles. Join us for an uplifting programme of music for a summer’s evening with ensemble including Symphony Orchestra, String Orchestra and Chamber Choir. Featuring concerto soloists Hannah Lockwood (performing a movement from Mozart’s Flute Concerto) and Esther Chung (performing a movement from Bach’s A minor Violin Concerto). For the climax of the concert, our current student performers will join with Music alumni from past years in a performance of Vivaldi’s Gloria.
