East Kent Community LGBT Network
East Kent Community LGBT Network was established three years ago for the purposes of consultation between the LGBT community and East Kent Public Services. The aims of the Network are to develop trust and confidence, encourage the LGBT community to make use of public services and to encourage the reporting of homophobic and transphobic crime. The Network meets quarterly to discuss relevant issues and includes members of the LGBT community, Police, Local Authority, NHS and Kent County Council.
