Relaxed time in church, a walk in countryside & a pub lunch!

Amidst the noise and pace of
university & city life - workers, shoppers, taxis, tourists, beggars, road works, buses, police sirens, mobile phones, speeding ambulances, facebook, etc... one can often still hear the chime of a church clock or the chapel bell tolling.
Could there be here a call to another way of being in the midst of all the rushing energy of contemporary city living?
We try to go on a retreat day
once a term
and go on a week long retreat/pilgrimage at the end of the
summer term.
