The CPD programme of workshops, organised by the LTEU, is aimed at all academic staff who would like to develop their teaching by reviewing current development in the sector and sharing practice with peers. The programme starts in October 2011 and offers a range of topics identified by academic colleagues.

To support reflective teaching and professionalism in evaluating and improving teaching and to foster the development of a scholarly and research-based approaches to teaching and learning in higher education.

Accreditation

There are no credits currently associated with the CPD programme given the flexible nature of engagement offered. Evidence of engagement can be provided. Experienced staff will find the programme useful to support a claim for HE Academy registration. Staff new to HE will be able to use the outcomes of these sessions towards their PGCLT (HE).
