Sam joined Canterbury Christ Church University in July 2004 as a member of the Computing Helpdesk team after graduating from Plymouth University with a computing degree. In January 2006 he started working for the LTEU in a new position as Learning Technology Support Officer, involved with the administration and further development of the Blackboard VLE, Questionmark Computer Aided Assessment system, Progress PDP and the new plagiarism detection software 'TurnItIn'. In May 2008 Sam gained the position of Learning Technologist for the Faculty of Education.
Outside of work, Sam's interests are listening to a wide variety of music, traveling, cricket & cycling.
