  • Text Reponse (Q6 only)

What is Qwizdom?

Qwizdom is an audience response system (ARS) or “interactive response system”. The system uses handheld remotes which enable learners to respond to questions or statements and allows lecturers to give instant feedback. Qwizdom ActionPoint is the latest release of the Qwizdom software. It is a simple toolbar which sits within Microsoft PowerPoint which enables users to build their presentation using a tool familiar to most of us.

What can it be used for?

Qwizdom can be used to:

  • add interaction to large-scale lectures
  • help students formatively assess their understanding of a topic
  • initiate discussion
  • gain feedback/opinion
  • provide an aid to revision
