Adrian Holliday is Professor of Applied Linguistics in the Department of English & Language Studies, where he is programme director for the PhD in Applied Linguistics|. He supervises PhD students in critical qualitative studies in the sociology and cultural politics of English language education and intercultural communication, where he has published widely. He also teaches on the MA TESOL.
He is also the Head of the Graduate School|, which provides academic management for research degrees across the institution.
