Getting to the Medway Campus by public transport
The Universities at Medway Campus is a 10 minute bus journey from Chatham train station.
From London Victoria, Cannon Street and Charing Cross stations there are frequent services to Medway. The journey takes between 45 minutes and one hour. Rochester, Strood, Chatham, Gillingham and Rainham stations all serve the Medway area.

If you are travelling from a London station it is possible to buy a combined train and bus ticket at a discounted price, these are available from the station when you purchase your train tickets.
From the South and East there are regular trains to Medway from Maidstone, Dover, Canterbury and Thanet.
Students aged 25 and under and all full-time students are eligible to apply for a Young Persons Railcard| which gives a third off most rail travel.
Medway is within easy distance of Heathrow (75 miles), Gatwick (43 miles) and London City Airport (24 miles).
If you are arriving in Folkestone or Dover ports, take the M20 and leave at junction six taking the A229 to Chatham / Rochester. Alternatively you can use the A2/M2 as shown in map of Kent.
