Getting to the Broadstairs Campus by bike or foot


There are secure, free of charge bike racks available on campus.


Broadstairs Campus is a 30 minute walk from Broadstairs train station.

Getting to the Broadstairs Campus by public transport


Broadstairs train station is approximately a 30 minute walk from the campus or 10 minutes by taxi.

Broadstairs is around 40 miles from the Eurostar Passenger Terminal at Ashford, and the Channel Tunnel, and near to the Dover ferry terminals to Europe.


There is a bus stop just outside the main entrance of our Broadstairs Campus.

Getting to the Broadstairs Campus by car

From London:

  1. Leave M2 at junction seven and take the A299 Ramsgate (Thanet Way)
  2. Continue on the A299 Ramsgate (Thanet Way) for approximately 23 miles and then follow all signs for A256 Broadstairs
  3. Continue along the A256 Broadstairs which takes you past the Westwood Cross shopping complex.

From Canterbury:

  1. Take the A28 towards Margate
  2. At Sarre, take the A253
  3. Follow the A299 and then the A256 towards Broadstairs, via Westwood Cross area.
